“The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars……

Mercedes, who was the front desk clerk when I checked in, let me borrow a raincoat for walking down to the theater and she also gave me tips for getting into the concert and gave me a clear plastic bag for my belongings.
