“The cabin and property were great. Donna, who checked us in, was super friendly and helpful. The cabin was rustic but charming, clean and comfortable. The fireplace stove worked perfectly and kept the cabin comfy and warm. The shower was hot and therapeutic after a day of hiking in Glacier. We enjoyed the breakfast basket as well. The overall ambiance was just great except for one detail. Train noise. Loud train noise and whistles frequently throughout the night made it almost impossible to……

“This is an odd comment perhaps, but the vending machines did not accept credit cards and I rarely carry cash. Also , the grounds around the building are rather uneven which made walking to the lobby at night a bit chancy since my husband walks with a cane. But the room was nice and the staff were very helpful. Great shower too (good water pressure)”

“The interior is gorgeous, with beautiful Art Deco decor. We loved sitting on the private patio, listening to the soothing sounds of the river. The expansive, forest-like grounds are beautiful and create such a peaceful atmosphere. Priya, the owner, was also very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!”

“This is a beautiful property to stay on and so affordable. Unfortunately we ended up with a room with a leaky toilet and it ran with a high pitched squeal every ten minutes or so. closing the pocket door helped a little but this seems like something that could be maintained better. There were also several black hairs on the walls in the shower telling me it must not have been cleaned after the last guest. It was still worth the visit and is a great affordable optio walking distance from downtown……
