I reserved a family room months in advance. The day of my trip the room was not available & claimed it was under new management so they didn’t know of the reservation. Then they lied to me & promised the room would be available the next morning meanwhile I could have 2 rooms with only 1 bed each room. I had to split my children & be sleep uncomfortably. Next morning I asked about the room & his response was it’s not available & that is why I got 2 rooms. I was very upset. Aside from the dirty rooms. The microwave did not work. The shower was disgusting. Over all disappointment.
