“Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.”

“從一訂到飯店後就收到飯店的來信跟我們確認到達時間， 雖然我們的火車有延誤， 但飯店還是有派人到車站接我們， 房間內的設備很完善， 還有按摩浴缸使用， 到凌晨四點隔壁的餐廳都還放著音樂， 但完全不影響住宿睡眠， 床很舒適， 早餐的樣式雖不多， 但服務人員很有禮貌， 還有新鮮現打果汁， 可邊吃邊欣賞外面的街景, 很值得住宿。”

“Endroit charmant avec une très belle vue de notre suite. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et servi dans un beau petit coin de l’établissement. Nous avons été un peu saisi par le froid mais à chaque jour, le personnel venait allumer un feu dans le poêle à bois ce qui rendait l’endroit très confortable et encore plus charmant. Je recommande fortement pour une expérience rustique et authentique! ”

“The Rumi Punku is a gem, a real oasis in the middle of busy Cusco. There is a gate that is staffed by a security guard, so guests feel safe right from the start. The front desk staff were outstanding, answering questions and pointing out amenities. Tea and filtered water are available 24 hours. The breakfast offered many selections including breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and eggs cooked to order. A delightful place to stay when exploring Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. ”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“Very comfortable stay. Everything is awesome! Breakfast everyday is like a feast- very nutritious! They also cook custom eggs as per your liking! The staff here is so kind, helpful and welcoming. I could give more than 5 stars if that was possible! It is located in historic district with all attractions and plenty of restaurants! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cusco/ Macchu Picchu!”
