"Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Overall this was a lovely hotel, a bit dilapidated and in need of works through, you can sadly see that the political situation and Covid have had a great hit on this property. The ladies that work here are very nice, and when we were there, they were in the midst of wrapping 50 presents to take to the highlands to kids that live in small communities.
