All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

I didn’t like the fact that I paid for privilege service with a Butler and didn’t see the Butler until the day before we was checking out. They clean your room but don’t replaced your towels with clean ones. We had to call everyday to fight to get clean towels. We called for room service no one answered the phone when someone did they put us on hold and never came back to the phone. When you pay for top tier services you should get them with no problem. All the sodas tastes flat.Paid too much not to get excellent service
