We loved having the best of both worlds. We were staying in the jungle, but right across the street was the beach. The staff was amazing always, we loved it there. We definitely will be going back. You cannot go wrong. Staying at sunset at the Palms.

It was nice! Had to do a room change it took an entire day. No was clothes, I had to ask over and over. The food was good. Tv had to changed out. Overall it was a great stay.

"The room was clean and the staff was awesome!! The pools were the best part of lounging around. The restaurants were deceiving as it was advertised as 8 but only 4-5 were available to us because we didn’t get the adults only side of the resort so plan on that. Other then that it was a good time"
