“Upon check in, I waited 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up. When she finally showed up, she was rude like I disturbed her to do her job! I paid for a room private hot tub but was given a standard room. Bedding was discussing and dirty, AC didn’t work and bathroom badly needed a remodeling. Will never stay in this hotel again!
