Yearly Trip
I see they have done renovations. Rooms look great. They only thing is when I booked on line I requested top floor. When checking in they were not aware, it shows on my part, but I guess not on theirs. Why put request?

Close to San Juan Church.
Staff was nice. The lady that works in the breakfast area was so wonderful. She made sure everyone had enough to eat. Our stay was on labor day weekend. Office staff was nice but they need more help.

Excellent hotel
We go to the Valley once a year for Dove hunting and to visit family. We usually stay with family, however, for extra room and privacy, we decided to get a hotel. Do not regret it one bit! This hotel was excellent. Hotel staff is extra friendly and on top of stuff. The cabinet door for refrigerator was broke and when I called them within three minutes they came up to fix it. Rooms are spacious, clean and worth every dollar. Will definitely stay there again next year !

Comfy and convenient
Very central location to EVERYTHING around you.
Went for hurricane Harvey evacuation. The staff was prompt and wonderful. Very professional
The beds were OK. But the sheets and blankets were clean and great. We needed an AC swap but it was quick and effective.

Nice hotel
The hotel was good. No big issues-it's conveniently located next to restaurants and a grocery store. The only difference I would do/recommend is the pet policy. I understand money is to be made, but we were evacuated during a hurricane and what else do they expect us to do with our pets? It's $25 and i'm assuming that's pretty standard, but maybe being a little compassionate of our situation. There were LOTS of pets so you know they made a killing.
