“The rooms were clean. The directions were easy to follow. I didn’t need to contact the host because everything was emailed to me. Food places were in walking distance. Overall a great experience. ”

“This was horrible I do not recommend they deserve 0 stars. I arrived couldn’t check it not that day nor the whole Weekend was there any type of communication to help. So I had to pay more to find a place to stay since it was last minute it was difficult to find something available. ”

“I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV.
The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. ”

“The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well.
Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy.
Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night.
I would stay here again.”

“Cute and located within 30 min to the border. The apartment was in a safe area and has a nice vibe. Check-in instructions are provided same day. The owner was very nice when I had questions. ”
