“Our stay was really good, the home is cozy and great size for a family of 5 in a great location. Outdoor area is a great space and the TV was a great adding for our little ones. The pool was clean and a very good size. The host was very easy to communicate with and would respond quickly when we had questions. We even left our chain behind and he returned it to us without any hassles.”

“The host was very responsive and helpful. The shopping nearby is great. Costco and Costco gas close by was great for me. Ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. It was quiet at night and a very safe neighborhood. Parking right in front of your door is convenient and there is a tree that provides some shade for your car. I would stay here again for sure.”

We loved the atmosphere and all the tranquility, yet this place has all you need to gather around with friends and cook out for an unforgettable evening.Shopping and variety of restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive. “The pool is lovely. It was clean and perfect temp. It was perfect for my family. The tiles around the pool and eating area are very slippery and dangerous. There were no plastic options for poolside drink containers which would make sense to provide. We were short on pool towels which is not a big deal but would have been nice. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, only wash clothes and one towel. The kitchen has many things with which to cook but missing some key elements. No……

“My intuition told me to switch this reservation from the start and I should have listened. Not long after making the reservation, I was contacted that the listing was being extended by the existing renters so I was moved to another location at the Host’s expense. I then forwarded this to all that were staying there and it was a complete cluster trying to get this straightened out but eventually did. The biggest issue I had was that I had to “Ask” daily to have them lower the thermostat from 78……

“My children were part of the Austin Diocese Mission, and I wanted to stay in close proximity to them. Great location. Apartment was clean and the area felt safe. Challenges encountered was communication with the host. Delayed response to inquiries and was difficult or slow in some instances. Also, no house rule book was at the apartment and no check out procedures other than a 20 extension charge”
