"The property was very convenient for accessing many areas of Providence and beyond. Easy walking distance to Providence College gave a fun college atmosphere to the neighborhood. Quick and easy to get downtown by personal vehicle or ride share. "

"We booked this to visit my daughter who was graduating the 2 stars is becaise the place was clean..s few of the towels or wash cloths had hair pieces rolled up in them and the paint is bubbling and chipping off the walls the smoke or carbon minoxide alarms were not in their places on the ceiling we found one sitting in the bathroom mirror cabinet the beds were very hard and the entrance is a winding staircase which isnt an issue until you add the fact that the light switch part you flip up was broken so had to walk up and down the stairs using our phone flash light...we ended up leaving a night early. Also this is not is good area to stay in but i didnt know this since im from out of state so do research one the area first thr only good part of the area is the mall.also one of the bedrooms doesnt have a tv."

"Only issues we had was there wasnt enough towels to accommodate everyone but luckily we brought our own, also the yard could have been cut grass was overgrown and the cleaners didnt get all the trash that was in the back yard"

Misleading posting : 3+ bedroom 1 shared bath

"The posting made it seem as if it is 1 bed and 1 bath, with a sly mention of amenities being shared in a middle paragraph's 4th line. It still doesnt tell you about the number of rooms that it is to be shared amongst. There were 3+ rooms and 1 bathroom and okayish amenities. We got a really small room with a really bad closet. It is just too expensive for what they offer Really bad experience."
