I arrived at this property to check-in after my room was paid in full/already withdrawn from my bank account, to have the front desk rudely tell me my reservation was canceled. With zero explanation, support or sympathy. She offered me to pay for another room, a room with one king bed for two adults, two older children and a puppy. Knowing this- she did not offer a cot option. $1,700 for a two night stay, needless to say I was extremely disappointed with my customer service at this location.
After spending hours over the phone, trying to get things straightened out, management tried to make it right. I would not stay at this Hilton again.
