The rooms looked like they can use a little remodeling. The bathroom sink was all scratched up. I guess from housekeeping cleaning it. The elevators can definitely use a face lift. Also we were staying on the East Tower and if we were coming from the parking garage, we would have to go down a giant flight of stairs to get to the elevators. If you come down from your room, going to your car you have to go down to the lobby and then up the giant flight of stairs. Not very convenient.

No vending. If you want a drink or chips, bring them. No way to get something to eat or drink after a late arrival. TV remote would not change volume. Takes at least 20 min to get car from garage so call early especially if it’s a busy time.

Overall a pleasant stay for our trip to Rhode Island anime con. It was nice being in walking distance of the mall, restaurants, and the convention center. Also randomly bumping into convention guests while riding the elevator or in the lobby is a highlight of our trip. However considering the price of the stay there are things missing with the reservation included at most other hotels like free parking and Continental breakfasts. The parking is the most confusing because you either have to spend $45 a day for the hotel's valet service or you park next door at the convention center garage for $20 a day. I would expect to at least get a parking pass for the convention garage during my stay.

Underwhelming experience. Sheets had giant holes and we had to wait for them to change at 1 in the morning because there were no other rooms available. Corner of the mirror was broken off with sharp edges. Clearly nobody bothered to clean it if it wasn't noticed. Other furniture had chips. No deep cleaning has been done to the room. The first impression is clean, but if you look further, corners and other further areas have been neglected for the longest time. We were not asked to check out how things were because it sounds like they don't want to know, particularly based in the other reviews That said, the staff is very friendly and is trying their hardest. So this is on the owner/upper management. Brunch at the restaurant was great

Rooms are a bit dated and smell of cigarette smoke. Double bed rooms are super tiny and definitely not worth the room rate. Would not rate this a 4 star hotel at all. Staff is nice. Centrally located.

The staff were wonderful, check in was quick and easy even though it was a busy time. I was impressed with how quickly the staff moved through the large group of people arriving all at once. I was there just one night for business. The attached parking and shopping center made it very convenient for arriving and departing and grabbing a quick bite. The room was clean and comfortable and had windows that open slightly to let some fresh are in. The one down side was that my room had what looked like some unsightly stains on the bathroom floor which looked old but still were unappealing.
