"The accommodations were ok; but other occupants were very loud outside the room and the walls are thin; room next door tv was very clearly heard and we could even hear the occupants’ coughing "

"It was cold breakfast. When I was getting coffee putting in creamer to coffee cup, because the creamer bottle plumper was tight, I was pushing it a little slow, the staff was passing by said ‘yeah take your time’ nothing wrong with that phrase, but I felt embarrassed because she wasn’t face me to say that, she was talking loudly to other guests sitting there… I will not stay there again."

"I have stayed at this location twice due to my son attending RIT. This will be the only hotel i will frequent for 4 years."

"Please do not stay here. It is a dirty, gross space with unhelpful staff."

"PROS: Comfortable bed, nature view (even side of hallways), reasonable hot breakfast. CONS: $8 parking per day, lights in room were mostly dim, soap amount was low at beginning of my stay, hotel itself and the room showed many signs of wear, toilet is quite low hence ultra uncomfortable."

"This is our favourite hotel in Rochester, hands down! It's quiet, clean and the towels are plush. The breakfast is a favourite, both the food and the space."
