“Charming yurt not far from a grocery store but totally secluded. Beautiful private hiking trails right outside the yurt door. Convenient propane heater, solar powered overhead light, bottled water, propane cooktop and a very comfortable futon. The outhouse was close by and very well kept. As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable due to the heavy duty door and deadbolt lock. I had a question and the owners quickly responded. I loved this place! The local relatives I was visiting thought it would……

“I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.”

“We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed……
