“It was clean and nicely presented. Amenities were also a good touch.”

“No disclosure that there was permanent tenant in residence prior to payment, or that washer & dryer were in the basement or that it was necessary to go to the City of Plymouth website to obtain an overnight parking permit. No nightstands in the bedrooms. Food in the refrigerator, freezer and cupboards.”

“I’m new to VRBO and learning the style of communication with the host. Host interaction was minimal as I did not need to speak with the host until my communication about the placement of the thermostat in the basement unit we were staying in. I received a response 18 hours later stating that it is preset for 68 to 70 degrees. No capability to increase the temperature evidently. During our stay this past 4 days the temperature outside ranged from 27 -29 degrees in the morning to a high of 49……

“Check in was easy and the apt clean. It would be nice to have 4 chairs for eating and a few more dishes and silverware so we didn’t have to wash dishes after every meal. ”

“This accomodation appears to be a mother in law suite that has been blocked from the house and rerouted through the garage. The hosts have thoughtfully provided for your needs with coffee machine, hot water kettle ,etc. and they were welcoming. We did hear a lot of squeaky floor foot steps from above. It was clean and well maintained and the neighborhood was quiet.”
