“Staff was AMAZING. Very kind, wonderful people! 10/10 on hospitality! However - beds were very firm.. too firm, and not comfortable. This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep. It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy. I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort.”

“The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the soaking tub. It appeared the room had not been cleaned in sometime. There was hair all over the bathroom, in the shower, around the toilet. There were nail clippings throughout the room, found on the carpet by the bed and other random spots on the carpet. For the price we paid for the room, I was expecting it to be better cleaned.”

We get up to the room and find the AC is not working in the room with the king size bed, went to the desk and the worker ‘Max’ told us “oh yea, that doesn’t work. You can leave the door open to keep the air circulating.” We asked why this wasn’t disclaimed online or even upon check in, with no logical answer.
