“The pool is much smaller than the photo. Also too crowded and chlorinated for my group to use/enjoy. Check in was a disaster and they didn’t offer to accommodate or make up for the 3 hour delay. We did not get the rooms that we booked thru Expedia but the hotel itself wasn’t willing to help resolve the issue they just gave me a phone number to take care of it myself. Very disappointed as this was a spring break staycation meeting up with friends and the kids. ”

“We had booked this hotel after staying at the Hyatt Detroit Royal Oak. Wrong decision… the website showed a bar, the eatery restaurant, and a pool. We arrived in the evening and planned on just eating at the hotel. I asked about the bar at check-in, they said the bar is closed (no license), we asked about the restaurant, was told it’s only breakfast. The girls wanted to swim, well the pool was closed for maintenance. We were told last night that it was under new ownership so they were not……
