“Very friendly staff”

“The air conditioning did not work in our room. Although we did get a new room it was a lot to move with an autistic child. I do feel there should have bin something given for our troubles as we were unpacked and settled in.”

“It was self check in, so we didn't see any staff until the next morning. We were the only ones there and pretty much had the run of the place. Beautifully furnished. There was no one else there, but we still wound up on the third floor and had to drag our suitcases up.”
