“The desk staff were excellent. They needed more help with breakfast as they couldn't keep things stocked and there was no coffee ready. The TV remote was a nightmare to use, the desk staff had to provide a demonstration and there were several people there at the same time to learn.”

“Booked because it's across the street from the transit center, and very glad we did. The staff were incredibly helpful, including the front desk person physically walking me to the on-site restaurant fairly late when he was unable to confirm on the phone whether or not they were still open. The room was beautiful and, with the kitchenette, a very good value for the money. The free hot breakfast was definitely a plus, too. We are HIGHLY likely to stay here again in the future.”

“Easy checking. Details of property were explained very clearly. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room Was clean. No maintence issues. Plenty of available parking. Hotel was quiet. Breaks was great.”
