“Price is relatively cheap. Rooms are large enough. Nice breakfast. Good service. Pillows have strange smell, some stains on quilt. Found a spider on the nightstand.”

“I was supposed to check in on Wednesday night, but my plans changed, and I couldn’t arrive until Thursday. I called the phone number on Thursday morning, and was obviously routed to a call center. I was told everything would be fine. When I arrived to check in, I was told my reservation had been canceled because I was a no show. It was graduation weekend, so “luckily” I was able to rebook - but at a higher cost. This is not my main concern. This place does not feel safe, especially as a female……

“This is the perfect quiet retreat for the creative. The house is extraordinarily well appointed with all needed appliances, coffee, a full sized fridge, stove, oven and even a washer/dryer. If you’re visiting and temps are under 20, request the space heater though, but they had a massive pile of blankets. The bed is FIRM and low. That works for me because I’m old and short. I slept AMAZINGLY but if you’re over 5’7” or so the sleeping loft might be a challenge. Unless you’re used to 5’ ceilings……
