"The rooms were clean, breakfast was decent, not enough seating for the amount of people there. The outside could use some work. When coming in side entrance on the left side of the main entrance, the cigarette container was overflowing with cigarettes, there were cigarettes butts all over the ground and it smelled like stale cigarettes walking into the building."

On top of that, the noise at night was extreme, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. To make matters worse, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away.
