"Room needs more cleaning light switches where dirty, walls in bathroom had stains on them, hair on floor and in tub. Mattress didn’t have a full mattress cover on it! So I had to double check for bed bugs. Also the metal frame the beds lay on corners where covered in dust and hair. The room had a moldy smell, parking lot needs to be kept up a little more a lot of trash everywhere and also around the pool attention to the towels thrown everywhere for long periods of time."

"Staff was super friendly and everything was in close proximity on the property. Our ocean front room was perfect to go to the beach or access the pool area. Everything needed on site, perfect for families and those with small children. "

"I wanted to love this place so much - the photos online made it seems so cute and clean. Upon walking up to our room (elevator was out of service) I felt totally duped. The floors were sticky, the ceiling looked like it had mold, the patio door didnt close, pillows were wet, not one thing was well maintained which would be fine if it was $200 a night - but for what we paid I found it unacceptable. Staff seemed miserable and were less than helpful. There was also major construction in the lot next door, which I know is out of their control (they should let you know or if you’re in that wing of the hotel maybe a disturbance discount) but waking up to that noise on a Saturday morning was a major bummer. Ugh I hate leaving a negative review, but I also hate being priced gauged on something totally not aligned with the quality. "

"The bedding had to be changed because it wasn’t clean. The refrigerator made an annoying sound all night. I think the motor was dying. They responded right away to change the bedding, but nothing could be done about the refrigerator. The A/C fan somewhat drowned out the sound. The location is great. Not far from the Cruise Port."

"I had an overall amazing stay at B Ocean Resort and would absolutely give it five stars. The property itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is vibrant and relaxing, and the amenities were truly 10/10—everything from the beach access to the pool and service exceeded expectations. That said, I do want to share one part of my experience that didn’t match the rest. I paid an additional $100 to upgrade my room from a standard king to an oceanfront balcony king, but unfortunately the room I received was not in great condition and felt below the standard of the resort. It was disappointing given how incredible everything else was. I also followed the instructions provided by management to reach out via text before posting a review. I did send a message and provided my information, but unfortunately never received a follow-up, which was a bit disappointing as I was hoping to resolve the issue directly. Aside from that, the staff, location, and overall experience were outstanding. I genuinely loved my time there and would definitely return, just hoping for a better room experience and communication next time."
