“As someone with a tendency to be discerning—perhaps overly picky—I took a chance leasing this property.To my surprise, it far exceeded expectations and is possibly underpriced. I’m already considering bringing my boat for the next visit. Highly recommend!”

“The house was as described, it was clean and had an abundance of extra pillows,blankets,towels, dishes,glasses, etc. The pool was clean and heated and the hot tub was very nice and easy to use ”

“The refrigerator wasn’t keeping anything cold & there were a couple of roaches that kept popping up. Another thing was the tv in the first room; it didn’t work at all. I’m not sure if I miss read the listing but I was expecting a 3b 2ba however once I got there it was a 3b 1ba. I know when me & my partner looked at the listing it was advertised as 2ba, but maybe I overlooked I’m not sure about that.They really didn’t leave any towels out for the guess either.. other than that it was okay ”

“This is a beautiful home and the only thing not represented properly is how awesome the back yard is. The pictures do not do the place justice. If you have the luxury to stay here, I know you will find it absolutely perfect in every way. If this home is available, do not hesitate, book it before someone else does. ”

“The property is exactly as stated in the listing. It’s beautiful and quiet. We loved it! The property manager communicated very well. Only two very minor issues mosquitos in the backyard, so bring something. The other was the pool cleaning service. They showed up not on the scheduled days and one morning he showed up at 6:30AM. Nothing to do with the house but just an fyi. ”

“I haven't been back home in about 10 years and staying here was a real treat. Beautiful home. Great location to head any where and every where in the area. Clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Pool was great. The Host's of the home were very friendly and easy to communicate with. I've saved this location as a favorite for any future stay I may have in the future. I've also shared this property with family for when they go back to visit as well. ”

“My kids are very young and the best thing for them to do in Miami was hang out at this property. They loved running around the backyard, swimming in the pool and watching their own tv. We grilled out and enjoyed the summer weather in the shade which was very comfortable. The location is convenient to us visiting family but also has lots of food options. I highly recommend! The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The property was very well stocked and we had everything we could’ve……
