Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was crawling with ants. there were 2 holes in the wall that the ants were crawling out of. "Las instalaciones excelente, las personas muy calidas y atentas, la ubicación y acceso a la playa increíble, sin embargo, hace falta un poco de información y coordinación interna con respecto a la categorías de los brazaletes y las áreas de acceso preferencial, que podrían ayudar a evitar inconvenientes o malos ratos para los huéspedes, pues no se nos informó que no tendríamos acceso a todos los restaurantes. La comida podría ser mejor, esperaba más variedad para los almuerzos y desayunos, almuerzos más elaborados que es lo que estamos para un hotel de esta categoría, además la comida no tenía sazón, el restaurante asiático tiene un menú de sushi muy vago, Hace falta un mapa de ubicaciones petfriendly. "
