Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was crawling with ants. there were 2 holes in the wall that the ants were crawling out of. "Existe una desconexión entre el Hotel y el Restaurante -Bar que son alquilados . No es consecuente el servicios y se nota como huésped las dos calidades de servicio . Deja en mal al hotel . Los desayunos aburren , siempre lo mismo durante una semana . No hay una sola cosa que hacer en el hotel más que dormir y ver la vista que es bella . No entretenimiento o música en vivo ni si aquí es instrumental o algo en el lobby lindo . Volvería solo si quiero dormir . Habitaciones bien. , baño pequeño , limpieza 10 , lobby 10 . Piscina y vista 10 . bar y restaurante 5 , entretenimiento 0 . "

"Esta propiedad dice Pet Friendly pero lo unico es que dejan que lleves tu mascota, pero no hay un area para ellos y el personal del restaurante especialmente Cristina se porto super mal educada, hemos ido a muchisimos hoteles en donde nuestra perrita se siente a gusto y es feliz aqui esta vez nos fue fatal, no se si cambiaron la administracion pero FATAL, CLARAMENTE NO VOLVEREMOS "

"Las instalaciones excelente, las personas muy calidas y atentas, la ubicación y acceso a la playa increíble, sin embargo, hace falta un poco de información y coordinación interna con respecto a la categorías de los brazaletes y las áreas de acceso preferencial, que podrían ayudar a evitar inconvenientes o malos ratos para los huéspedes, pues no se nos informó que no tendríamos acceso a todos los restaurantes. La comida podría ser mejor, esperaba más variedad para los almuerzos y desayunos, almuerzos más elaborados que es lo que estamos para un hotel de esta categoría, además la comida no tenía sazón, el restaurante asiático tiene un menú de sushi muy vago, Hace falta un mapa de ubicaciones petfriendly. "
