"The property is well maintained the room had ample supply of towels and good shower, The ocean view from the room is panoramic and the beach a few steps down from the room is private to the hotel guests. Their was sitting accommodations on the beach like chairs and umbrellas. but the clean clear ocean water made up for it. "

"We had such a great time at this property! From check-in to check-out, we had great communication with the owner Keith. He was so sweet to recommend some great restaurants in the area and made a special effort to ensure our 7 year old had a great time. The property itself is absolutely beautiful with the most perfect view of the pool and the beach. You can hear the ocean waves crashing if you crack open a window, which is just the best sound to fall asleep to. Another treat is the bartender down by the pool who serves the most delicious fruit concoctions (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). This was a very pleasant surprise! We met tons of nice families with kids our son's age, but the place was overall very relaxing and quiet. The visitors to this property certainly maintain a peaceful atmosphere. The location was great as well. You are very close to the new Marina (rent a catamaran, you won't regret it!) and some great places to eat. We cannot wait to go back sometime in the future and bring more of our family! The sunsets each night are some of the best we've ever seen. 5 out 5 all around. "Beautiful property. Quiet, area seemed safe to me. There are ants that will come for your food if you leave it out, but its a tropical country so expected to me. No other bugs really. Beautiful pool area with a fountain and lots of plants. air conditioning, fridge, stove, coffee maker. Loved it!"

"We really loved staying at this property. Quiet family owned simple place located at very convenient location. Supermarket next door has everything you need, center of town in 2-3 min drive. Rooms are well set up for our stay, nice breakfast and clean pool to chill. We would definitely stay here if we come back in the area! If you are looking for luxurious or festive place, this is not a good choice. If you want to experience more authentic Costa Rica and relaxing atmosphere, it is an excellent place."

"Magnificent condo with spectacular views! Elevator or stair access. Wide entry hall with pool table at opposite end. Den with futon (aka the fourth bedroom), half bath, kitchen and living room to the right of the entry hall. A wide hallway to the left leads to the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, and two queen bedrooms. Outside is a well appointed (dining table with seating for six, small table with bar stools, glider and two chaise lounge chairs) outdoor space that is accessible from the main living area and the master bedroom. Two pools, an extremely shallow terraced soaking pool and an approximately four foot deep pool, that overlooks Playa Escondida, Playa Brasilita and Playa Conchal, are wonderful places to relax and watch the glorious sunsets. Neither pool is appropriate for lap swimming, diving or pool play. The walk to the beach is downhill, approximately one mile, on a dirt road. ATV tours kick up the dust. A security guard monitors the premises. Roy, the property manager was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the fresh, healthy ingredients and presentation at his outdoor restaurant, El Tico. We also enjoyed the local flavors and large plates at Big Mama’s outdoor establishment (on the way to Playa Conchal). Thank you Brandon, Roy and team for a terrific time!"
