"We were a group of 7 couples who were visiting the area on ATV's. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. We had a lovely breakfast and the hostess even put on extra coffee so we could take some with us on our trip. We will stay again when in the area."

"Just what I needed and as described!"

"We had a wonderful week at the Boathouse Cottage. The location could not have been better. You are a 2 minute walk away from a secluded cove on the Bay of Funny (Kelly's Cove) with so much to explore at low tide. The tide pools had lots of treasures- crabs, shells, jellyfish, and unbeatable sunsets. Just 10 minutes away is the small town of St. George with a grocery store and other amenities. Easy day trips include St. Andrews by the Sea (40 minutes) and the white sand beaches of peace river beach (30 minutes) We also really enjoyed exploring Deer Island - the free 20 minute ferry is only 5 minutes from the cottage. The cottage itself was the perfect size for our family of 4. Rustic but appointed; it had the charm of a small restored boathouse but all the comforts and necessities we needed. The owner, Maureen, lives next door and is always available to answer any questions. She is a long time resident to the Bay of Fundy and provided us with local recommendations on beaches to explore and dining that were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Boathouse and hope to return to again. "

"Our stay at the cozy cottage was fantastic if u want to unwind it is so peaceful everyone in the area are super nice we ate at the kitchen great food wonderful service tha gas station store was fantastic as well everything you could need and then some with great prices and you have to stop at the turtle gift shop great gifts and the owner was super nice and very helpful The cozy cottage was just that clean warm and welcoming it was a trip of a life time loved it out there"

"Our stay was absolutely private and super peaceful. Our wonderful host was nearby but did not interfere with our stay at all. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was heavenly, the daily visits from deer, and the charming, authentic cabin was marvellous. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Marilyn! "The house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood but old and smell enclosed. Maybe it needs to be aired better. And one funny thing: while we were there, because of the foggy weather, we can hear the ferry’s horn blasting continuously!All in all, good place to rest, far from everything.Thanks "

The place was so clean and absolutely beautiful, still thinking about that view. Everything was well thought out, the house had everything we needed and more.
