“Breakfast was good. Parking was easy and convenient. We had to switch rooms as soon as we got there becuae the room they gave us didn't have bath towels and the shower wasn't cleaned properly. However, the front desk staff was very helpful in switching rooms and gave us some extra 'perks'. The room we ended up was clean and we had no other issues. Would still recommend this hotel.”

“Staff was unable to assist and unwilling to make any accommodations for an AC unit that was defective. No maintenance staff on site. No management on site. I had to shut off the entire AC unit in order to make phone calls or hear the tv.”

“员工很友善，设施也不错。我的睡眠本身就不好，午夜被开门声音吵醒！他们房卡给错了，还打电话给我。这是半夜啊，后半夜就没睡着。很累”
