“Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes.
