“First room had crumbs on the carpet floor and sheets, and hair in the bathroom floor. Was given the only other room available which had razor stubble and some other things in the bathroom sink. Manager was apologetic, and said I would receive a refund. It has not yet materialized.”

“2 nights of nightmare. Checked into the room on night 1 to find garbage in the trash can and no soap, shampoo in the bathroom. The room phone did not work and I had to go 3 stories down to check on the situation. They changed the room for an additional nightmare. There was no hot water on day 2 and after asking the front desk was told that there was no hot water in the entire hotel for a week and asked me to check with the plumber when to expect hot water! Utterly bad behavior and no……
