I told her that I was going to be leaving in about half an hour if she wanted to take care of the room, even though there was nothing much to do in there. “Whidbey House was a lovely property. A real home from home. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the visits from the deer and rabbits. Rick was very responsive with a couple of queries that we had. Freeland was a great base for exploring Whidbey Island, explore off the beaten track a little and you will find some real gems, we can recommend Island Art Glass, for some beautiful glass work. If we were staying in the area again, we would love to return to Whidbey House.”
