“It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even……

“It was such a beautiful stay. I loved being there to de-stress. The view of the water was wonderful and being able to go down to the rocky beach was extra scary but worth it. Be very cautious if you attempt to go down the steep and seemingly sudden drop. In reality there are other ways to get to the water. The hot tub was really nice too, although the cleaner was not notified to come at a later/ time so I had a very worrisome early start to the day. I'd still come back. It was too wonderful not……

“We had a smooth transition with the check-in process and I was sent the code right away. However, when we arrive to the location, the property was dirty. We found mold in multiple areas of the home such as in the showers, on the shampoo and conditioner conditioners in both bedrooms, and mold on both shower curtains. The place has not been dusted in a long time. The ceiling fans were full of dust had spider cocoons on the roof of the home. The hot tub was dirty with sad and unable to be used. I……

Unfortunately, beyond the owners control, we had trouble sleeping due to the local jet training. At the time that I booked this rental, the Jet Carrier Training Schedule had: “Afternoon to Late Night,” however it was alarming that it went until 12:45am. I believe it’s important to be transparent and stress in the rental info how these jet trainings can be extremely loud……

"Our overall experience was great. While the decor and general vibe are straight out of the '80s (as you can see from the pictures), everything else was fine. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. For around $100 a night, you get a microwave, a fridge, and they even provide breakfast—so there's nothing to complain about."
