"The host instructions were incorrect to locate the key to the RV. It was in a key box on the hand rail of the RV. When we did get into the RV we told the owner there was damage on the bathroom floor. He said he was aware. We were not aware at the time the floor was rotted through. The flooring around the tiolet was very soft and we did not feel safe. We found another soft spot on the floor under the window by the bed. We stayed the one night and notified the owner so he could make repairs....
