“It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price.”

A few extras were stocked for the things we forget while traveling—phone charger, shampoo, lotion, nice quality towels, etc that seem normal in a hotel but are frequently lacking in a rental. Also quality coffee and even oat milk to save me a trip to the store. Location is within minutes to the FSU campus...

“The unit was clean and inviting. Very spacious. In addition to the basics, the kitchn also had spices and cooking oil. The electronic lock on the door made it easy to exit and enter the unit. There were ample towels and blankets (I travelled to Florida during a time when the outdoor temperature was very cold.) ”
