voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"From check-in to check-out, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I would especially like to recognize Lellieth at dinner, Sarah at the pool bar, and Katie, who was absolutely awesome! Bryan at the bar was also amazing, and Michael at check-in was very helpful and made the arrival process smooth. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and these team members definitely helped make my stay enjoyable. My only concern was the buffet. Unfortunately, the food was not hot, which took away from the dining experience. I hope this can be addressed, as keeping the food at the proper temperature would make the overall experience even better. Thank you to the team for making my stay memorable!"
