“Had to remind staff to clean room every other day. Our door was left open when we came back from our day out. Told desk and she said she would talk to the general manager, didn’t hear anything from them. The water stunk of supper smell, unable to drink it. Told three staff, nothing was said, not even offering bottled water. Told hot coffee and water was available 24/7 it was always cold. The fridge froze every thing solid in our room. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock, handle was broken.……

“The entire experience was great. The fact that they allow fur babies is everything to us. Everyone working there are super friendly and did everything to make our stay perfect. Not one member of the staff wasn't warm & friendly. The food was good. Our room was super nice, huge and clean.
