“Too close to the Amtrak station !!!! Heard train horns at all hours . Had no idea we would be experiencing that . The “manager” didn’t speak only pointed ”

“No hubo desayuno y se que tome el plan con este servicio incluido, sin embargo el restaurante permanecía sucio las cafeteras sucias y la atención de las personas en el restaurante era grosera,. Aunque la habitación estaba limpia tienen una alfombra muy vieja sucia y humedad no es nada agradable”

“Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. The only thing I may complain is the air conditioner - it works well with no doubt,……

“👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was outdated, poorly designed, unclean, and had an unbearable odor. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. I told him I stayed there last night but had already checked out. He rudely demanded that I leave immediately. This……

“Clean room and friendly staff.”

“Rudest office staff in the world. I know it seems dramatic but it almost seems as if they’re doing something nefarious and the hotel is a cover. Too dangerous and not worth the money. It seems all of these budget type hotels don’t need guests at their properties. ”

“This is a very small budget in. It’s only one level in the country setting very comfortable, but there is a problem to open and close the door. It’s hard and noisy.”

“The room lacked lights, it was just too dark! Also the floor (carpet) in the room was not clean. The coffee in the breakfast tasted no flavor, and the pancake tasted a little strange. We stayed for 5 days and the experience was only saved by friendly greetings from the staff. However I will choose Holiday Inn Express next time.”
