Lovely inn and friendly, helpful personnel. Our room was cozy with a working woodburning fireplace and two twin beds. Amenities included a delicious continental breakfast, wine glasses, and ice/ice water was available 24-7. Location was great, in quieter Northeast Harbor, but a short 20-minute drive to busy but fun Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay again!

This place is 227 years old! Cozy and clean. Great lady at front desk- friendly and knowledgeable about the history of hotel and helpful with local eats nearby. Th room was comfortable for a night. Comfy bed. If you are in town spend the night or two! Great cookies in the lobby.

I loved this place! It was beautiful and quaint. The rooms are really great. Staff is wonderful and very friendly and nice. The location is great because it is right on Main Street. Lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. Brick Stone Museum is right down the street. Parking is convenient in the back of the Inn. I hope I get to stay here again.

I read some reviews after I had booked our reservation and they made me nervous. The ones I saw weren't very good. However, we found the Inn lovely. The girl at the front desk was very nice. There was coffee and snacks provided when we arrived. Our room was beautiful. We had a suite, but didn't book a suite. We had a living room, a kichenette, and a king size bedroom. Everything was very clean. We had drinks and appetizers in the restaurant, which was very good. Based on the business the restaurant was doing, I would guess it's a very popular spot. We were traveling around New England leaf peeping and this Inn was such a nice surprise. It was one of our favorite spots. I give them a 10 our of 10!

The room was spacious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the historic feel of the inn and its main street location. There was a Keurig coffee machine in the room but would have liked to have some coffee supplied to make coffee in the room.

Understand up front this is a very old historic inn. They have made upgrades of course but there are things to be aware of. The 2nd and 3rd floor should be avoided if you have heavy or large suitcases or if you are tall ( hall has low ceilings) and stairs are narrow and cramped. The floors creak and walls are thin. Staff is very friendly and it is actually still a cool place to stay, just be aware of the drawbacks. Downtown Kennebunk is a nice place.

A charming old inn at the top of Kennebunk. Great location with a breakfast spot just behind them, which is a favorite to the locals. Also fun to stop and watch pickle ball next door!

We picked this property because we have two dogs. They were made feel very welcome! The location was fantastic, downtown was bustling - music on the streets, farmers market, craft fair, and art show! The food at the Tavern was very good and breakfast at the Boulanger was fabulous. Our room was spacious and clean, it was on the street, so there was noise, but that was to be expected.

The entire place was clean neat and Pam at the front desk was very helpful. The only thing I wish you had were more electrical outlets. I couldn’t find any to charge my phone other than that excellent.

The room was very cozy. We loved the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to local recommendations. The staff would also always provide us with fresh towels delivered to our door even when we did not need them to come clean the room. The tavern was also very yummy and the bartender was very very nice!

Honestly, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, but this Inn is in need of work. It’s just old. The furniture is worn, the floors moan, the banisters are chipped, the window ACs are loud, walls are scuffed…….at this price point it should be reflected a bit more in the property.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kennebunk Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel has a lot of historic charm, being a very old property, and it is absolutely beautiful. The character and atmosphere make it a unique place to stay and really add to the overall experience. If you're visiting Kennebunk, I would highly recommend the Kennebunk Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future.
