Although the hot tub was non-operational, our overall experience was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was pleasantly unoccupied, and the room was well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast service was of high quality.

I stayed her with my adult daughter, and the night staff person was so nice and informative, the day staff person was nice but did not seem to attend to some things as well. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, and some things clearly needed updating, so I hope they are all updated for the switch to a Holiday Inn. We would stay here again.

This location is under renovation. Tape on the doors or no room numbers, stripped walls, broken windows in the lobby and back entrances, second room - soap dish and sink were dirty in the room, hair and dirt on the floors and carpet, first room - AC didn't work at all. Had to ask for a new room. Gal at the desk was friendly and accommodating with great personality. I suggested they let guests know they are under renovation on the website when booking. Smell was musty and like old cigarettes. Rooms are not being cleaned well and it is evident the cleaning staff are not trying as much as they should or did. On a positive note, it was quiet and front desk, as I said, was friendly and changed our room due to the AC not working.

Hotel is in mid renovations. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, we got fulls. We were placed in an older room with peeling wallpaper on ceiling and the bathroom. Cracks in bathtub caulking. No curtains just a shade that didn’t block out the light. Hot tub jets were broken, water temp was warm. Pool area dim and dirty looking, cloudy pool. Restroom in pool not working. Breakfast was meh. Food not very hot stale pancakes. Hot water for tea or coco also just warm. Not worth the $280 I was charged! I must give credit to the front staff for being welcoming and courteous. I did forget items in the room and was able to go back later in the day to get them. Ask if renovations are complete before booking! There are plenty of other hotels nearby to choose from.
