Would stay here again for a night. Weak breakfast buffet (no eggs, waffle maker, the kind of stuff you might usually see at a modest hotel that includes breakfast), so if that is important, look elsewhere. Otherwise, everything worked and was it was clean. Friendly staff.

Although the hot tub was non-operational, our overall experience was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was pleasantly unoccupied, and the room was well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast service was of high quality.

The hotel is being renovated but the property is maintained well. Overall the hotel was in a good location near the highway and a mall. Unfortunately our room smelled really bad and they weren’t able to switch us to a different room or provide any Febreze to try and eliminate the odor. They did compensate me with points though. Breakfast was average and wasn’t stocked very quickly. Felt like they were short staffed.

Quiet one night stay in advance of a conference in Portland. Easy to find off the highway and located close to lots of chain restaurants for dining options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Temperature controls were easy to use. The hotel is a bit dated with chipped paint and peeling wallpaper in places. They have signboards in the lobby stating that renovations are planned. I appreciated that there were basic breakfast items available at no extra charge and parking was also free. It seems most places are tacking on fees for this even when you’re fairly far out of the city.

I stayed her with my adult daughter, and the night staff person was so nice and informative, the day staff person was nice but did not seem to attend to some things as well. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, and some things clearly needed updating, so I hope they are all updated for the switch to a Holiday Inn. We would stay here again.

This location is under renovation. Tape on the doors or no room numbers, stripped walls, broken windows in the lobby and back entrances, second room - soap dish and sink were dirty in the room, hair and dirt on the floors and carpet, first room - AC didn't work at all. Had to ask for a new room. Gal at the desk was friendly and accommodating with great personality. I suggested they let guests know they are under renovation on the website when booking. Smell was musty and like old cigarettes. Rooms are not being cleaned well and it is evident the cleaning staff are not trying as much as they should or did. On a positive note, it was quiet and front desk, as I said, was friendly and changed our room due to the AC not working.
