"This was the worst hotel and staff that I have ever seen and I stay in a motel every weekend for work"

"Rooms are small, dated, and smell of mildew. Found a toenail in the freshly made bed upon check-in. Walls are thin — you can hear everyone and everything around you. Sheets are worn and yellowed. The odor of the room was the worst part of our short stay."

"Yes hi. I had a lovely stay. The manager was very lovely even though I was going to leave but I could not get a refund. I went up there to relax and spend time at the pool and jacuzzi but unfortunately it was not open. Be in 96° you think that they would get it ready especially with the heatwave that we going on. But it was okay. My fault for not reading all the hotel stuff. I got to look out for that when I book a hotel cuz that's what I'm there for the for the pool and the relaxation. But otherwise everything was wonderful. Thank you so much"

"Hotel had a certain “old” smell… which was somewhat expected as a historic hotel. However, the smell was overwhelming at times and even with our room window open the entire time, we could still smell the old smell and a faint smoke odor. Rooms are very small, but functioned fine. There really aren’t any amenities… it’s said there was a gym but we never located it. The location is great for all that downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row has to offer. There is a ton within walking distance. The biggest reason for the lower ratings was we found a men’s shirt and socks under our bed as we were packing up to check out… we didn’t have a man with us and we checked under the beds and desks to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. Additionally, we had our Do Not Disturb sign out, but housekeeping still came. We did get fresh towels, so I can’t be too upset. "
