“Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. ”

“The amenities were great! The cabin itself was cozy and clean, with everything you could possibly need for a staycation. Paul and Michelle set everything up, including filling the coffee machine with water and lining the oven with tinfoil—and it’s small things like that that matter. The location itself is also very convenient, would recommend this place to others for sure ”

“The lodgings were exactly as described and pictured. Clean, private, a rustic mountain setting. The trip was an effort to turn an appointment into something pleasant. Considering that our residence is over two hours away, and Seattle traffic is always hideous, we booked here. Check-in was after 3 PM, and I emailed Ciera that 6 PM would be a likely arrival time. We arrived a few minutes early; their drive gate was shut. We took the opportunity to go into town to find some dinner, and let the……

“The term they use rustic at least our definition that we looked up, says in the mountains are back in nature which you are in a cabin on the side of a lake, but you’re in the middle of a town Covington and you have other cabins or neighbors a lot of people live full-time there you could throw a stone at and hit on either side. One thing I’ll mention that we missed. I guess it’s it’s it’s in there but we sure didn’t see it. It’s not highly advertised. There’s no shower or bathtub.. do you wanna……

“The host hung a happy birthday sign for my daughter when I told them why we were going when booking. The kids loved playing in the net and the hot tub was very nice. It was relaxing and quiet. The shower was difficult to keep water in the pan and the compostable toilet was not pleasant. Also there are cameras aimed directly into the cabin where my husband and I slept downstairs and around the area. I am hoping they were disabled while we were there.”

“There are a few items that need some help The whisk needs to be replaced with one that works The knife set. The knives can’t cut meat. It would be nice to have some large serving utensils ”
