First the good, room was fantastic, superb. Pool was amazing. What I didn’t like about the pool area, it had swim up bars and they were overtaken By kids playing… ridiculous that they allow little kids hang out like that at the bar in the pool, took us long to get service, not fun or appropriate . The big complaint is that this is a very high pressure pushy timeshare place , I have a lot to say about that. I will not recommend staying here , you are seen as a $$ and how they can scam you into buying things. Beware. Huge turn off.

Staff is not very nice and everyone is trying to sell you something-timeshares etc. food was not the best and once again “all inclusive” had options on the menu where you need to pay more to get other items. The nightly rate with the all inclusive isn’t worth it because you could use that money and getting higher quality meals elsewhere.

There were so many hidden costs. It was hard to get into eat anywhere except the buffet which was mediocre at best. The staff wasn’t very friendly & spoke minimal English so it was hard to even communicate…….
