Agradable, cómodo y bien cuidado hotel

A pesar de haber estado hospedados en temporada alta, se podía disfrutar de todas las instalaciones del hotel, tanto en la plata como los camastros en la alberca, así como en los diferentes restaurantes. Desde el check in & check out, fue rápido y fácil. Muy atento y amable todo el personal y el hotel muy bien ubicado para conocer el centro.

Nice, big pool, nice service

The room was old but nice, the beach it is there but no good to swim.

Nice hotel, but was harassed daily

Harassed daily to attend a presentation of the Sheraton Club membership. I went to the presentation the 2nd day of my stay. I did not like being harassed daily...sometimes I was harassed twice a day about the program. Additionally, staff would not allow my two cousins visit my mom, brother, and I in our room. They were two cousins I had not seen in 33 years. This was heartbreaking to me. This would never, ever happen in Las Vegas, Nevada. They were NOT their to stay the night. They were there to drop us off from our family outings to Nayarit and make sure we got to our room safely because my Mother is an elderly woman. I was extremely disappointed. I will never stay with Sheraton again. We did not have enough drinkable water.

Nice hotel with it's own beach

Nice hotel with its own beach. Nice pools. The wifi is expensive, 15 dollars for one night, and you can only connect 3 devices. Watch out for the timeshare dealer in the lobby. They catch you when you just has arrived under the excuse that they want to give you information. They have their own desk in the lobby together with an adventure company so if you don't know it's time share meeting they want you to go to, it's easy to be tricked. And before you know it you have booked a meeting. The meeting will be for 90 minutes, but before I get out of there it has been going on 3 hours. And I didn't like the meeting and the sales person and they are around the hotel all the time so I wasn't comfortable with that.

Great Hotel, Food and best customer service ever!

The hotel is gorgeous, close to the city, excellent restaurants, perfect for my entire family. To me the best is the Customer service, every person is so kind and willing to help you always. Beach is not the best but sunset at the beach is beautiful.

Excelente Personal

Se espera mas de un Hotel de esta categoria, el personal excelente eso sin duda. Pero hace falta una renovacion en los cuartos en especial las regaderas. La alberca nada excpecional al igual que la playa. En cuanto comida muy buen servicio.

Pros: swimming pools with waterfalls
Location: great restaurants some in walking distance others easy to get to by bus or taxi

Hotel not as pictured!

We got to the hotel and realized it was under construction which is fine, it needs to be done but if I would known I would not have stayed there. They were taking windows out on floors above my room from 7 am to 7 pm sitting on the beach and at the pool all you heard all day was jack hammers! I went there to relax and get away from construction and that didn't happen! When we got to our room it was as stated ocean view and a great view except there was a hole in the drywall, I wasn't sure if it was because there was construction going on or what so I didn't say anything , the hotel room is all tile with no rugs very slippery when wet. We had great service from all the bellman standing out front and by the doors always asked if we needed something or where to tel the taxi driver until the Hispanic convention got in town . When the convention got in town all the bellman stopped asking my wife and I if we needed anything and payed attention to the Hispanic crowd instead of an American white male, I had to call my own taxi multiple times because the bell man were too busy paying attention to the people in for the convention! The pool is a tile pool looks nice from the pictures until you get in it the tiles are super slimey feeling. There's grout missing out of a lot of the tiles there is iguana poop all over the place including the bottom of the pool or floating on the surface and the pool water was way to hot . I won't be back!!!!!
