Nice hotel close to the beach

George of Concierge did an exceptional job. George helped us arrange everything from dinner reservations, excursions , daughter's birthday party like cake and balloons in the restaurant ; flowers with champagne in the room. It was a good memory for her. Hooray and George deserves a promotion. Hoyo Azul , Bavaro Adventure Park, Seaquarium and Saona Island excursions are recommended but Saona Island is the best excursion we had.

Great value for your money. Staff is so very friendly and accodating! Best part of traveling to another country is learning about the culture and people. Don't ignore hotel staff. Talk with them and create a relationship! They will reward you in great kind ways! Rooms are a bit of a walk to pool (<10 minutes through the beautiful grounds). Rooms are clean, beds are clean, showers are clean, floors are clean. Felt very safe. Would recommend to families with wide age range. Many kids of various ages (2-18). Also good for those not looking to party but rather relax. Lots of entertainment and things to do during day and after sun goes down.

It was everything we're were looking for. The personnel were very helpful, the food was really good, lot of attention from every employee. We were so happy with our staying.

You get what you pay for.

The pool set up and beach accommodations alone will force me to come back. That being said, there are some minor inconveniences. The food is sub par at best, and the buffets really leave a lot to be desired. The dinner reservations make up for this some, but choose wisely because there is a limited amount of reservations you can make (you won't get one every night potentially). Overall a great environment, but next time I will most likely choose the 18+ resort due to the amount of kids everywhere.

Very nice hotel!

I was very skeptical at first based on some reviews. Don't pay attention to those negative reviews! This place is excellent starting with the staff they make you feel so welcomed everywhere we would go they would greet us and ask us how everything was going. Friendliest staff ever!! The buffet is good too, room was perfect close to the beach and pool. This vacation has been the best so far! Everything was perfect maybe because I got engaged! The staff helped my BF plan the dinner by the beach.. beautiful surprise and memorable. I would definitely come back! I left a piece of my heart in Punta Cana. I would recommend!!

Nice hotel wonderful beach few sea weeds

Nice hotel ,very good food we did four of the restaurant for dinner Star Rock cafe to me had the best food but the worse staff we sat there fore 20 mins before some one even came over to take our order people came after us and get there orders out that should never happen and I still tip them smh.I know they all work hard and ware many different hats but the other restaurant staff was on point ,I would recommend this Hotel .

spent a week in summer. everything is perfect. tip the maids, they make nice creatures out of towels with embedded flower petals. just love it.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the food was fantastic and so was the hotel and beach and pool, it was so beautiful the people were so nice I went with my husband three children and my mom, I would definitely visit this hotel again and again I loved it, don't hesitate to book here you will not be disappointed!
