Food was better than most of the all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at . Room and resort was kept very clean . Poolside server staff was hit and miss . Rooms definitely need refurbishing . Shower leaks into sleeping area. Cockroach in room . AC system kinda worked but made room smell like an old swamp cooler . I’m sure these issues will be addressed with the upcoming renovation .

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Steakhouse - would love to see side options for the steaks. Italian restaurant - entree options lack Italianness :) would be nice if had more pasta dishes. Fresh juices were amazing! Great fruit options too

The past 6 nights we spent at the resort was absolutely amazing. The resort staff, the people were friendly and the energy level was a vibe. The resort rooms are a bit outdated but that was okay. They said they are renovating in April so I can’t wait to see how it turns out after we come back in 2 years. I wanna thank indira from destination services, Thomas at night reception, and Marco and Luis at the buffet. They were such a fantastic group of friends we have made at the resort. They also host the best pool parties, #riupoolparty is the best theme pool parties I’ve ever experience in my entire life! We will definitely be back!
