"Front desk staff were quite rude and unhelpful. Shuttle was not running, we had to call for it and they were rude about both that process and while checking in. "

"Room is not clean on daily basis even when you requested for. Yang the receptionist during the night was very rude- we requested for our room to get clean & to provide us new towels and never help us at all &told us to request it from the supervisor of housekeeping. Basically telling us to do the things we’ve asked for & never apologize for it. I would no t coming back bec of this receptionist. "

"Problems connecting to the internet. It was touch and go for a couple of days. Hot water went off twice. Once in the middle of my shower , which was really rude. The breakfast are great.Lots of food and hot eggs. Everything considered i will stay there next time"

"The rooms are really clean, comfortable the hotel is in a great location very close to the airport. It was quiet. The reception staff were great transportation back to the airport was seamless."
