“Great vacation home! They have thought of everything one would need to have a relaxing stay. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. We hiked in the morning into early afternoon and went back to the pool (which is well maintained and perfect water temp) after pizza from Morello's. All the activities suggestions were provided in their welcome packet. If you need a place to stay in this area, just book it. You will be glad you did. ”

“Checkin was no hassle and the cabin was close to all of the trails we wanted to hike. Nearest grocery store is about 30 minutes away so it is recommended to bring essentials with you.”

“We loved Black Bear Cabin and would definitely stay again! The place was absolutely spotless and had everything we could need, plus some extra touches like K-cups and creamer for our morning coffee. There are games and books, and the game room has tons of fun things to do. Miranda was very responsive and even had the AC going for us when we arrived on a 90-degree day! We will stay again.”

“We had the best time at the Treehouse! Its close to all the major trails (Garden of the Gods is literally down the street as is Rim Rock and Pounds Hollow). The Treehouse is the perfect size, was spotlessly clean and the hot tub was the best way to finish off a day of hiking. The group managing these properties does a great job with check in, check out and also checking up on you during your stay. Highly recommend if you're wanting to explore the Shawnee area!”
