“The Old Bank in Cygnet was such a charming place to stay. The staff were genuinely friendly & helpful & we were made to feel at home. Everything we needed was provided & the room (the Stirling Suite) was beautifully styled. The ensuite bathroom was gorgeous. “Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process.
Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.”

“We had an amazing stay at Mandala Bruny Island, the accommodation was of a very high standard, with everything at your fingertips. We had a group of six people, with more room than we required.
