“Everything was perfect. A beautiful cosy room with a beautiful view. We only stay 1 night but you do need to stay longer. Room great. Staff great. Well Done”

“Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.”

“My partner and I made an emergency reservation fairly late on the same day we were meant to arrive in town. We encountered some extenuating circumstances during our vacation, which meant we needed a safe place to sleep for a couple of nights. Despite this short notice, our stay was fantastic! We did a contactless check-in after hours, arriving sometime after 7pm. This was a godsend after the long, and frankly terrible, day we’d had.
