“Pathetic place! They confirmed the booking but never let us checkin as they dis not respond to the calls. We were stranded on the roads at 3am in the midnight with a small kid along. Finally had to book at Quality Inn paying double the charges and make our arrangements. This is highly unacceptable n unprofessional! Never going to recommend this property!”

“Absolutely the worst place we've ever stayed! Its a dirty home with kids running the front desk. The room we got still had feces in the toilet and on the tub. We checked out the same day we checked in!”

“It's a slice of heaven. Immediately adjacent to Philmont Scout Ranch. Setting is perfect, isolated, peaceful. The innkeeper are exceptional. The Casa is like a villa with rooms arra get around a gracious patio. I hated to leave.”
