“The beds were comfortable, however, the hall carpets need shampooed stains all down the hall. The breakfast was horrible 100% carbs no meat no eggs nothing like that. Some homeless people came in off of the street and ate breakfast. We will never stay at another Microtel. The staff needs to be aware and ask people what room they’re in when it’s a parent that they were not staying there.”

“Building and rooms are outdated. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well and there was a hole in the wall of the shower that was covered by clear tape as a fix. I also sustained an injury in the room. The room AC was not on so I walked straight to the window unit to turn it on, as I walked back around to lay down, the side of my foot slammed into a metal rail sticking out from under the bed and it cut and bruised my ankle. The rail was not visible due to the bed skirt covering it. Front desk lady was……
